Role Purpose
To provide ambitious and motivated Saudi national students with an immersive, hands-on cooperative training experience at a top-tier international law firm. Trainees will work alongside lawyers and business professionals, contributing to live matters, collaborating across practice areas, and developing practical legal, business, and commercial skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Matter Support
- Contribute to live matters and market-leading transactions shaping Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
- Participate in complex, high-impact legal and regulatory work across the Kingdom.
Professional Development & Collaboration

Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi nationality required.
- Currently enrolled in a university requiring a cooperative placement as part of the degree programme.
- Minimum academic GPA of 4.5/5.0 or 3.5/4.0.
- Full-time availability for the full duration of the cooperative training.

- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
