Watchman

Role Overview

Watchman position at Burjline Builders, located in Manama, Bahrain.

Role Purpose

Ensure the safety and security of premises, assets, and personnel by maintaining vigilant patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents to contribute to overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring & Patrols

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Maintain a log of daily activities, including any unusual occurrences.

Security Systems & Incident Response

• Ensure that all security systems are functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, and prepare detailed incident reports.

Security Protocols & Procedures

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Assist employees and visitors as needed, providing a welcoming and secure atmosphere.

Training & Compliance

• Attend training sessions and stay updated on security best practices and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in security or as a watchman is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
