Role Overview

Warehouse Supervisor - NSP at Savola.

Role Purpose

Lead and supervise all warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory management. Ensure efficient daily operations, team performance, and adherence to inventory protocols while managing receiving, picking, staging, and replenishment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Receiving Operations

• Supervise inbound put-away and goods received note (GRV) receiving processes.
• Receive finished goods from production into warehouse inventory.
• Verify production reports for accuracy.

Outbound & Order Fulfillment

• Supervise export order picking and local sales order picking activities.
• Manage staging of picked orders for dispatch.
• Ensure all outbound operations meet quality and timing standards.

Inventory Management

• Supervise replenishment and local sales picking operations.
• Create warehouse space as required for incoming inventory.
• Monitor slow movers and absolute inventory levels.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) protocols are followed during all issuance activities.
• Handle stock disposal and prepare stock destruction reports.

Reporting & Communication

• Report all inventory-related tasks to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate out-of-stock (OOS) items to relevant departments promptly.
• Evaluate and report on warehouse productivity metrics.

Team Management

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Manage and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure required work is completed efficiently and to standard.
