Role Purpose

Lead warehouse operations to deliver accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and safe working practices while maintaining documentation accuracy and team performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies promptly.

Inventory & Documentation

• Ensure accurate inventory control and regular stock counts.
• Maintain documentation and system accuracy, including GRNs, stock transfers, and dispatch records.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Implement and maintain EHS standards.

Team Management & Performance

• Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure productivity targets are met.
