Role Overview

Warehouse SAP Team Leader at Hitachi Energy Ltd, based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. Full-time position.

Role Purpose

Lead warehouse SAP governance, inventory accuracy, material traceability, and data integrity across all warehouse operations while promoting a Safety First and Zero Harm culture. Ensure alignment between physical material movements and SAP transactions, drive process compliance, develop the Warehouse SAP team, and support operational excellence through continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development

• Lead and develop the Warehouse SAP team.
• Drive accountability and compliance across multiple functions.
• Foster a Safety First and Zero Harm culture.

SAP Governance and Data Integrity

• Oversee warehouse SAP governance and data integrity.
• Ensure alignment between physical material movements and SAP transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material traceability across all warehouse operations.
• Support adherence to quality, safety, and company standards.

Continuous Improvement and Operations

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support operational excellence through process optimization.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse SAP.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
