Role Overview

Warehouse Keeper at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Receive, inspect, and issue spare parts while maintaining accurate inventory records in the ERP system and ensuring compliance with warehouse organization standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive and inspect all spare parts based on Purchase Orders.
• Update ERP system accordingly to control Store transactions.
• Report damaged or out-of-specs local spare parts to CBU.
• Report damaged or out-of-specs foreign spare parts to Purchasing officer for necessary action.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Issue spare parts based on Parts and Service Requisition Form.
• Update ERP system accordingly to control Store transactions.
• Conduct yearly physical Store Inventory.
• Relay inventory file to Accounts for tallying with system inventory.
• Highlight variances for accurate stock monitoring.

Documentation & Fulfillment

• Prepare Packing Slip based on Invoice and delivery details.

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain proper 5S conditions inside the Store.
