Role Overview

Role Purpose

To oversee finished goods warehouse operations, maintain accurate records, execute material handling activities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with GMP regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Material Handling

• Execute receiving, storing, and issuing of finished goods as per the scheduled plan.
• Maintain finished goods records, including stock levels, to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material movement and availability.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow GMP and company policies for warehouse operations, promoting a safe and organized environment.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse premises.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or similar industry warehouse.
