Warehouse Data Entry Officer

Role Overview

Warehouse Data Entry Officer at Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company. The role is responsible for accurate recording and processing of all inbound and outbound material transactions in the ERP system while maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Role Purpose

Record and process all material transactions including packing slips, transfer orders, and purchase requisitions in the ERP system. Ensure precise weight verification for all truck movements, maintain accurate stock records, and support routine inventory inspections.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Processing

• Record all inbound and outbound material transactions in the ERP system accurately and timely.
• Generate packing slips, transfer orders, and purchase requisitions.
• Reconcile inbound material movement with supplier invoices.
• Document all stock movements in ERP accurately and timely.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records using systematic methods.
• Conduct regular physical inventory including cycle counts and stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and alert for reorder points.
• Ensure precise weight verification for all truck movements.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and movement reports.
• Prepare and analyze stock status, movement, and discrepancy reports.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies or process issues and implement corrective actions.

Operations

• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production.
• Manage multiple stock requests and deliveries under tight schedules.
• Collaborate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Maintain understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in feed or agro-industrial sectors preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to maintain accurate stock levels using systematic methods.
• Experience using inventory and warehouse management modules in ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Capable of preparing and analyzing stock status, movement, and discrepancy reports.
