WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER

Role Overview

Warehouse Assistant Team Leader at Napco National. The role assists the warehouse team leader and coordinates warehouse activities.

Role Purpose

Support warehouse operations by supervising loading and unloading activities, managing finished goods inventory, maintaining warehouse safety and security standards, and ensuring accurate reporting and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

Loading Bay & Vehicle Management

• Organize the access of trucks and trailers for the loading bay.
• Supervise truck loading and unloading operations.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Control finished goods movement to ensure accurate stock transactions and report discrepancies.
• Conduct weekly spot-check inventory of material.
• Conduct quarterly warehouse inventory.
• Maintain material in good condition.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit all required reports at the end of the month.

Safety & Security

• Ensure the implementation of safety and security measures on the warehouse premises.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Degree.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in warehouse operations or related field.
