Role Overview

Warehouse Assistant Team Leader at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Assist the warehouse team leader in coordinating warehouse activities, managing truck and trailer access for loading bay operations, and overseeing finished goods movement to maintain accurate stock control and warehouse safety.

Key Responsibilities

Loading Bay & Vehicle Management

• Organize the access of trucks and trailers for loading bay operations.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Control finished goods movement to ensure accurate stock transactions and report discrepancies.
• Conduct spot checking of weekly material inventory.
• Conduct quarterly warehouse inventory checks.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit all required reports at the end of the month.

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Ensure material is preserved in good condition.
• Ensure the implementation of safety and security measures on the warehouse premises.

Team Coordination

• Assist the warehouse team leader in day-to-day activities.
