Role Overview
Warehouse Assistant at SIHAMCO, responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining precise inventory records.

Role Purpose
Support daily warehouse operations through accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods, precise inventory record-keeping, and effective coordination with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth flow of goods across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Goods Receipt and Verification
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
- Accurately record all received goods into the system (Oracle and SMACC) in a timely manner.
Storage and Organization
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all warehouse items.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and warehouse documentation.
Inventory Management
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock.
- Perform regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
Outgoing Goods and Dispatch
- Manage and track outgoing goods, ensuring correct dispatch quantities and documentation.
Coordination and Compliance
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse operations within the F&B or retail industry.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Material Control and SMACC systems.
- Strong data entry and inventory management skills.
- Good understanding of supply chain and stock control processes.
Skills & Competencies
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information
