Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional dining service in the all-day dining outlet by taking guest orders, serving food and beverages to established standards, maintaining outlet cleanliness and organization, and upholding company brand standards while meeting guest requests with flexibility and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Familiarize yourself with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and upsell wherever possible.
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Ensure flexibility in meeting special requests from guests for specific food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Operations & Point of Sale
- Utilize the outlet point-of-sales system as prescribed.
- Ensure all sales are properly recorded, following prescribed procedures for ordering, voiding, or correcting items.
Outlet Preparation & Maintenance
- Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning, and other assigned tasks.
- Clear tables and remove dirty dishes to the dish area.
- Maintain the assigned station or section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
Standards & Compliance
- Follow presentation guidelines as established by the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Ensure that all company minimum brand standards are implemented, and that optional brand standards are implemented where appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience within a similar luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Fun, energetic personality with passion for hospitality.
- Fluent English speaker.

- Must already be based in the United Arab Emirates.
