Waitress (Fine Dining Experienced)

Role Overview

Waitress (Fine Dining Experienced) at RISE Enterprise in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is integral to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences in our luxury cafe.

Role Purpose

Provide attentive, gracious service in a fine dining environment while maintaining deep knowledge of menu offerings, service etiquette, and hospitality standards to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of tables, ensuring a pleasant dining environment for guests.

Menu & Beverage Knowledge

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, to confidently answer guest inquiries and offer recommendations.
• Offer expert guidance on beverage selections, ensuring guests enjoy a well-rounded culinary experience.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, beverage pairings, and food safety regulations.

Order & Payment Management

• Accurately record guest orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
• Accurately process guest payments and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Service Delivery

• Serve dishes with grace and efficiency, adhering to proper etiquette and timing standards.

Senior Responsibilities (where applicable)

• Train and guide junior waitstaff, sharing knowledge and expertise to elevate the overall service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Oversee the flow of service on the floor, ensuring seamless coordination between waitstaff and kitchen staff.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor in managing shifts, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fine Dining Waitress: Minimum of 1 year experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Senior Fine Dining Waitress: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Skills & Competencies

• Speak English well; Arabic preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
