You are an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of outstanding offerings make guests feel unique and valued.

Key Responsibilities

Mini Bar Operations

• Conduct mini bar inventory and restocking as required

Guest Service

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Product Knowledge & Safety

• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in Mini Bar & All-Day Dining operations
• Strong F&B Product Knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
