Role Overview

Waiter/Waitress at Palazzo Versace Dubai, a luxury hotel dining establishment located in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional hospitality and service to guests through attentive table service, accurate order management, and coordination with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless dining experience that meets luxury hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when required.
• Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and proactively provide attentive and personalized service.

Order Management

• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are communicated to the relevant team.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately and handle any billing enquiries professionally.

Service Delivery

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, following established service standards and sequence of service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of tables and service areas in accordance with luxury hotel standards.

Product & Menu Knowledge

• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, promotions, and outlet offerings.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and other F&B team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
