Role Purpose

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of the food and beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of outstanding offerings make guests feel unique and valued.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Product Knowledge

• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items and preparation methods

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress for a reputed hotel or restaurant
• Strong F&B product knowledge

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and courteous with guests at all times
