Role Purpose

As a Food & Beverage Waiter, you will provide exceptional food and drink service, answer guest questions with confidence, and ensure every interaction spreads the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
• Proactively look for ways to make guest meal experiences special.
• Deliver memorable experiences that enhance every guest's stay.

Menu Knowledge and Order Management

• Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Answer guest questions about the menu with confidence.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.

Station Management

• Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized condition at all times.

Compliance and Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
