As a Food & Beverage Waiter / Waitress, you deliver memorable dining experiences that make each guest's stay special. You spread the light and warmth of hospitality through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine care for every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Experience
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
- Delight guests by delivering memorable experiences that enhance their stay
Menu & Order Management
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail
Station Management
- Manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail
- Upbeat and friendly demeanor
- Point-of-sale system proficiency
- Food and beverage service knowledge
