Waiter/Waitress – Turkish Speaker position with Radisson Hotel Group at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills.

Role Purpose

Deliver refined hospitality and customer-centric service as a Waiter/Waitress with Turkish-language capability. Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department where all aspects of guest food and beverage service are delivered to the highest levels, create memorable dining experiences for guests, and contribute to departmental objectives and hotel initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
• Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Deliver a refined level of hospitality and enhanced dining experience to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments for guests.

Operations & Performance

• Take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy service periods.

Compliance & Culture

• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Support your department and work with strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Candidates with experience assisting Turkish-speaking guests or familiarity with Turkish dining culture and hospitality standards will be highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in both Turkish and English (spoken) is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary package: AED 1,600 – 1,750 (depending on experience).
• Language Allowance: AED 350.
