Waiter

Role Overview

Waiter position at Apparel Group. The role supports dining service operations by preparing the dining hall, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and serving clients.

Role Purpose

Prepare and maintain the dining hall before and during service, assist the captain waiter with setup and food delivery, and ensure a clean, hygienic dining environment throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Service Setup

• Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Help captain waiter in restaurant set up.
• Help captain waiter in mise en place preparation.

Hygiene & Appearance

• Keep appearance clean and maintain a high hygiene level.

Food & Beverage Service

• Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.
• Assist captain waiter putting food plates on clients' tables.
• Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.

Post-Service & Support

• Clear tables after meal is complete and clean them.
• Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Work under the guidance of captain waiter and follow instructions.
