Role Purpose

Serve as a Hospitality Ambassador on the front line of guest interactions, delivering prompt and courteous service that directly influences guest satisfaction and delight in food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests at all times.
• Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in food and beverage outlets.
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and professional demeanor.

Operations

• Work as a team across all departments to ensure timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and facilities provided by the resort.
• Ensure safe and hygienic work areas are maintained.
• Uphold the privacy rights of guests.

Professional Development

• Continuously develop professional skills to increase guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
