Role Overview

VIP Concierge Coordinator at Majid Al Futtaim, MAF Properties Asset Management, UAE.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional VIP concierge services to lounge members and guests, managing their enrollment, facility orientation, and personalized service requests while maintaining a welcoming, well-maintained environment and coordinating seamlessly with in-lounge service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Member Management & Welcome

• Manage membership enrollment and welcome new and regular members.
• Conduct orientation tours of facilities and describe all available services.
• Facilitate all concierge requirements for members.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls for members and make preliminary arrangements for their lounge and mall experience.
• Personalize each member's visit by understanding their full profile, preferences, and ways to surprise them.
• Maintain member data with full confidentiality.

Guest Services & Information

• Assist guests with various tasks related to their visit to the lounge.
• Provide comprehensive information about the entire mall, its services, and the local vicinity.
• Deliver outstanding VIP guest service through continuous effort and attention.

Lounge Environment & Operations

• Maintain a peaceful and service-friendly environment in the lounge.
• Oversee food and beverage service delivery.
• Manage housekeeping duties throughout the lounge area.
• Manage lounge service bookings, including venue preparation and payment management.
• Maintain ambience and all remaining services provided.

Concierge Service Delivery

• Arrange and confirm dining reservations and experiences.
• Arrange wellbeing and entertainment services and activities.
• Coordinate off-premise activities including dining, transportation services and rentals, entertainment, airport and hotel check-ins, and shopping.
• Provide professional and discrete VIP concierge services.

Personal Shopping

• Assist VIP guests with shopping by providing advice and highlighting latest trends and upcoming new items in their preferred stores.
• Shop on behalf of guests as requested.

Stakeholder Management & Engagement

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all in-lounge service providers and tenants.
• Action all requests received from service providers and tenants instantly.

Campaign & Calendar Management

• Maintain awareness of UAE event calendar and activity updates.
• Maintain updated key contacts for VIP access coordination.
• Manage all campaigns related to the lounge in line with campaign management SOP.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years progressive experience in the hospitality field, preferably at front desk and/or concierge level.
