Role Purpose
As a Villa Host, you are responsible for maximizing and exceeding guest satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service with attention to details and anticipating guest needs. You will take ownership and leadership of all villas assigned to you and are instrumental in achieving the highest professional standards of service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
Villa Operations & Guest Service
- Maximize and exceed guest satisfaction through highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service.
- Provide attention to detail and anticipate guest needs.
- Take ownership and leadership of all villas assigned to you.
- Supervise, direct, and assist with all villa operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler or Villa Host.
- Preferably experience in a similar quality hotel.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English; foreign languages an advantage.
- Friendly and outgoing behaviour.
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
