Video Editor / Motion Designer

Role Overview

Video Editor / Motion Designer at Sunreef Yachts, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role supports the marketing team across yacht, charter, brokerage, and brand content through video editing, motion design, and premium visual content creation.

Role Purpose

Deliver polished, high-volume video content optimized for multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency across yacht, charter, brokerage, and brand campaigns. Support marketing workflows with technical discipline, creative motion design, and AI-assisted video production.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Edit reels, yacht walkthroughs, campaign films, destination videos, and social content.
• Create motion graphics, subtitles, title cards, and visual treatments.
• Support AI-assisted video workflows, including storyboards, visual references, generative video, cleanup, and edit ideation.

Multi-Platform Optimization

• Adapt video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, email, and paid media.
• Deliver social-first and premium brand content optimized for all formats.

Organization & Quality Control

• Organize footage, exports, captions, music, versions, and delivery files.
• Maintain technical discipline with folder structure, naming conventions, exports, and version control.
• Maintain visual consistency across yacht, charter, brokerage, and brand campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of codecs, aspect ratios, subtitles, color correction, file delivery, and media organization.
• Experience creating social-first video and premium brand content.
• Experience in luxury, yachting, automotive, hospitality, architecture, fashion, or high-end lifestyle is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Comfortable using AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
• Strong eye for luxury and premium visual standards.
• Comfortable working fast across many video formats.
• Technical first, creative second mindset.
• Organized, precise, and able to deliver polished assets at volume.
