Role Overview
Vice President, Value Delivery, Aladdin & eFront at BlackRock, based in the Middle East supporting Tier-1 institutions including large asset owners and institutional investors.

Role Purpose
You will act as a trusted senior partner to Tier-1 Middle East institutional clients, managing the front-to-back client relationship and ensuring value delivery, platform adoption, and long-term commercial outcomes. You will serve as a critical link between clients and internal teams, translating client objectives into actionable plans while coordinating execution across multiple stakeholders to help clients realize measurable value from Aladdin, eFront, and WPS across their Public and Private Markets investment lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships & Engagement
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, developing a deep understanding of client objectives, stakeholder dynamics, priorities, risks, and opportunities while ensuring strong relationship health and execution discipline.
- Lead preparation for governance reviews and strategic engagements, using client insights to support platform adoption, renewals, and growth opportunities.
- Support regional growth initiatives by representing Aladdin solutions with institutional investors and bringing client and market insights back into the business.
Value Delivery & Adoption
- Drive value delivery across Public and Private Markets by applying a consultative approach, executing adoption initiatives, monitoring progress, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with product, engineering, transformation, and support teams to represent client needs, coordinate delivery, and manage risks and escalations effectively.
Team & Organizational Contribution
- Contribute to team excellence through knowledge sharing, best-practice development, and support of junior team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of experience within financial services, financial technology, consulting, or institutional investing, with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
- Knowledge of Public and Private Markets operating models, workflows, data, and technology across the investment lifecycle, with the ability to develop broader front-to-back expertise.
- Demonstrated experience managing client deliverables, projects, or cross-functional workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, FRM, or project management certifications are advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across business, technology, and executive audiences.
- High personal accountability, sound judgment, curiosity, and resilience, including proactive risk identification and escalation.
- Familiarity with Aladdin, eFront, WPS, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar investment technology and relationship management platforms.
- Fluency in English is required and Arabic is beneficial.
