Role Purpose

Lead retail leasing operations with responsibility for negotiating lease agreements with prospective tenants, evaluating tenant performance through P&L analysis, and leveraging luxury retail expertise and brand relationships to drive portfolio success.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Negotiations

• Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants.
• Review tenant performance using deep understanding of business P&L statements.

Stakeholder & Brand Management

• Maintain current relationships with local and international brands.

Qualifications & Experience

• Luxury retail leasing knowledge and expertise.
• Related leasing experience within the market and necessary knowledge and expertise.
• Preferably past working background with any of the major developers and landlords: Emaar, MAF, Dubai Holding, or with a reputed leasing consultant.
