Role Overview
Vice President - International Sales at Aldar Properties. The role is based in the company's international markets division.
Role Purpose
Lead Aldar's international sales efforts in new and emerging markets. Build and manage a high-performing international sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding Aldar's footprint across targeted geographies. Develop and implement market-entry and growth strategies for international territories in alignment with the overall Commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for new markets.
- Define sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the international team.
- Identify market-entry opportunities across targeted geographies and develop actionable entry strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand in international territories.
- Represent Aldar at international property exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of international sales professionals.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development support to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations across all sales activities.
Client & Partner Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners in international markets.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and commercial terms to maximise profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience across the international sales process.
- Collaborate with broker management to activate and support international broker channels.
- Work with commercial teams to align sales approaches and product positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years in international real estate sales generating 2β4 billion AED per annum.
- Proven track record in managing international sales operations across multiple geographies.
- Minimum 3+ years managing international sales teams of 10β20 professionals.
- Experience in Real Estate and Developer sectors in international markets; GCC and MENA experience essential.
- MENA/GCC or international markets experience a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics.
- MBA preferred but not required.

- Deep knowledge of GCC and international real estate markets including new and emerging markets.
- Strong sales leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to develop and execute market-entry strategies in new geographies.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
