Role Purpose

Guest Arrival Experts deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, creating memorable and unique impressions from start to finish. The role combines operational excellence with genuine, personalized, and anticipatory hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Delivery

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests.
• Make transactions feel like part of the experience.
• Share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Take initiative to move about the space and do what needs to be done.

Operational Standards & Compliance

• Create and maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Complete reports as required.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.

Additional Information

• Position requires extended periods on feet (stand, sit, or walk for extended time).
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
