Julius Baer is a wealth management firm. The Client Coverage & Advisory team in Dubai focuses on covering and advising key clients in the Middle East through an Investment Advisory Team.

Role Purpose

To launch your career in wealth management by gaining hands-on experience across three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment, while supporting established Investment Advisors and contributing to client advisory and portfolio management within a global wealth management context.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Support

• Support the team of established Investment Advisors in Dubai.
• Provide active support in client management and discussions.
• Learn to advise High Net Worth individuals within a portfolio context using a risk management approach across asset classes and products.

Investment Strategy & Analysis

• Assimilate Julius Baer's investment views and strategy and apply these in portfolio proposals and reviews.
• Join and contribute investment ideas in team meetings.
• Learn and use all available tools including pricing of structured products, OTC derivatives, and portfolio analysis.

Learning & Development

• Learn about all the various functions in Wealth Management, in particular at Julius Baer.
• Adapt to different teams and environments over the course of three rotations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in finance or a related field, with graduation no more than 12 months prior.
• Initial practical experience in finance, preferably relating to investments, research, products, or asset management.
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position.

• Strong appetite for learning.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
