Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Queue Management

• Guide customer flow through the store and maintain queue management protocols to meet service level benchmarks
• Oversee the self-serve shopping experience and support the mechanical sales process to maximize operational efficiency

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service, resolve complaints efficiently, and create positive shopping experiences
• Coach team members on IKEA's product range, services, and sales processes while supporting their professional development and training progression
• Inspire, motivate, and develop team members through effective communication

Sales & Operational Awareness

• Ensure team awareness of sales targets, service objectives, and employee benefits programs while providing accurate product information to customers

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven retail management or team leadership experience with demonstrated ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, customer service standards, and team coaching principles
