Role Overview

Senior Personal Banking Advisor - CXC (RBG) - DBC RAK Call Center - Client Experience and Conduct Group at Mashreq, based in RAK. UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

To delight internal and external customers over the telephone by understanding their banking needs, providing excellent service, resolving issues, and converting sales opportunities to meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Interact with customers over the phone to understand their banking needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to achieve customer loyalty.
• Clarify and explain procedures and products over the telephone.

Problem Resolution

• Resolve problems over the telephone on the spot.

Sales and Conversion

• Convert sales opportunities in order to meet financial targets.

Feedback and Reporting

• Capture and report customer feedback towards continual product development.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree, preferably with a finance, banking, or mathematics component.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Bilingual.

Skills & Competencies

• Very customer focused.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• Computer literate.
