Role Overview

Senior Officer, Employee Experience at Mashreq, PICG—UAE. UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Facilitate the team to build positive employee experiences across MB UAE by managing core processes related to onboarding, offboarding, visa and labour processing, pension administration, and data maintenance while coordinating with internal PICG functions to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding and Offboarding

• Manage processes related to employee onboarding and offboarding.

Visa and Labour Processing

• Coordinate visa and labour processing activities.

Pension and Data Management

• Administer pension processes and maintain employee data integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Manager Employee Experience and Head of Employee Experience.
• Coordinate with internal PICG functions to support business needs.
• Contribute to bank-wide projects.

Performance and Alignment

• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Maintain high-performance standards across MB UAE.
