Learning & Development Consultant for the Automotive division of Al Futtaim Group, based in Dubai. This role drives digital transformation through the design and implementation of innovative learning solutions that enhance employee capabilities and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Solution Design & Implementation

• Design and implement digital learning solutions that enhance employee skills and align with organizational strategic goals.
• Convert complex subject matter into concise, accessible learning content tailored for frontline employees.
• Customize learning programs that address diverse workforce needs in collaboration with departments.

Project Management

• Manage multiple L&D projects simultaneously across various departments, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Program Evaluation & Optimization

• Analyze learning program metrics including attendance, completion rates, and engagement to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National status (mandatory).
• Proven experience in learning & development program design and implementation.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Data analysis capabilities and experience with learning metrics and program evaluation.
