Role Purpose

As an Accountant in Record to Report, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and timely book closings for automotive business units while maintaining compliance with group finance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Closing & Control

• Monitor and control monthly book closings in coordination with FSS teams to ensure accurate financial recognition within established group timelines.
• Conduct detailed reviews of key automotive accounts within the Trial Balance and perform comprehensive balance substantiation.

Process Improvement & Standardization

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in monthly closing activities to enhance financial quality and reporting efficiency.
• Support standardization of accounting processes through regular reconciliation of key accounts and implementation of best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National candidate.
• Proven experience in accounting operations, record-to-report functions, or financial reporting.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple closing deadlines and complex account reconciliations.
