Role Overview

Process & Compliance Manager, Al Futtaim, UAE. This role supports the finance transformation agenda across the automotive division in the UAE and international operations.

Role Purpose

Partner with Finance, IT, and business teams to enhance ERP systems, strengthen process governance, and drive operational controls across the automotive business.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & System Implementation

• Support ERP system implementation and enhancement initiatives from a finance process and compliance perspective.
• Manage the delivery of system upgrades and process changes while minimizing disruption to business operations.

Process Design & Optimization

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements and process enhancements.
• Build and maintain comprehensive process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicle sales, used vehicles, parts, service, and rental divisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National status required.
• Strong background in finance processes with demonstrated ERP system experience.
