Role Purpose

Install and assemble cable tray systems to approved specifications, ensuring proper alignment, structural integrity, and coordination with multi-disciplinary site teams in demanding environments including offshore and remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Assembly

• Install cable trays in ladder type, perforated, and solid bottom configurations as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Perform cutting, bending, drilling, and assembly of tray systems on-site.
• Fix supports, hangers, brackets, and structural steel for tray installation.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and routing of cable tray systems.

Technical & Coordination

• Read and interpret HVAC and mechanical drawings and layout plans.
• Coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and site engineers.
• Carry out modifications and adjustments based on site conditions.
• Assist in installation of associated accessories including bends, tees, reducers, and risers.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow site safety rules, permits, and toolbox talk requirements.
• Use hand and power tools safely.

Maintenance & Support

• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years in HVAC, MEP, or electrical installation works.
• ITI or relevant educational background.
• Prior experience in HVAC, MEP, or construction projects with tray installation preferred.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and site layouts.

• Physically fit for site-based work at heights and confined spaces.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Additional Information

• Willingness to work in remote locations, including offshore or desert environments, as required.
