Role Purpose

As a Sales Senior Associate within the Trade & Working Capital division of J.P. Morgan Payments, you will support the growth of the Saudi trade finance franchise and play a key role in shaping sales strategy in the Kingdom. You will work closely with a collaborative team to drive client engagement, deliver impactful results for clients and the wider community, and build strong relationships through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Portfolio

• Support the Saudi trade coverage and CEEMEA Trade & Working Capital Sales team in managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and multinational clients while promoting business goals.
• Participate in client calls and prepare responses to client requests, including term sheets and presentations.

Sales Strategy & Growth

• Originate and structure new opportunities with clients across Core Trade and Structured Trade solutions.
• Collaborate with Payments functional teams and coverage bankers to execute sales strategy, expand market share, and increase client engagement.

Deal Execution & Analysis

• Create deal write-ups and support internal approval processes with deal proposal packages.
• Compare financing alternatives through pricing and modeling deal scenarios using the Loan Return Calculator.

Operations & Projects

• Provide support on Trade initiatives and ad hoc projects across the CEEMEA team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in the Saudi market in Trade, Transaction Banking, and managing complex client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Credit and all Trade & Working Capital solutions as well as understanding of regulatory issues and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective collaboration, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Logical, analytical, and organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong team player with excellent negotiation, influence, and time management skills.
• Arabic language skills (preferred).
