TPE V / Priciple Site Electrical Engineer

Role Overview

Wood PLC is seeking a Principal Site Electrical Engineer to support a project in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Lead electrical engineering execution and coordinate specialist activities to ensure correct design implementation, compliance with codes and standards, and resolution of technical issues across the project.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Leadership

• Coordinate with project discipline and lead engineers to ensure correct implementation of design for electrical engineering specialty.
• Coordinate the work of engineers within the electrical specialty.

Engineering Studies & Documentation

• Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings, and documents.
• Prepare and review material and equipment specifications.

Technical Problem Resolution

• Resolve specialty-related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of mining experience.
• Minimum 18 years of total experience.
• Experience in oil and gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
• Recognized as a specialist in electrical engineering on large to mega projects.
