Role Purpose

Create engaging, trend-driven short-form video content optimized for TikTok audiences in the MENA market, repurposing existing and long-form content into high-performance videos that drive reach, interaction, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Master fast-paced cuts, engaging hooks, captions, transitions, and trend-driven storytelling specific to TikTok-first editing styles.
• Repurpose existing and long-form content into engaging TikTok videos tailored for short-form audiences.
• Create engaging videos that increase reach, interaction, and audience growth.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize videos for performance and engagement through platform trends and audience retention techniques.
• Apply TikTok best practices to maximize video impact and discoverability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Native Arabic speaker with proven experience in TikTok video editing and short-form content creation.
• Demonstrated experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, audience engagement, and social media content strategies for the MENA market.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok platform trends and audience behavior.
• Social media content strategy and audience engagement optimization.
