Role Overview

Territory Manager – Orthopaedics at Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role functions as Clinical Sales – Surgeons on a commission basis within Business Enablement/Support.

The Orthopaedics teams help keep more than 6 million people moving each year while delivering clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems. Solutions span joint reconstruction, trauma and craniomaxillofacial, sports, extremities and elective foot and ankle, spine, and robotics and digital surgery.

Johnson & Johnson has announced plans to separate the Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions. Following conclusion of the transaction, you would become an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

Role Purpose

Drive territory sales and profit targets for orthopaedic products through direct field engagement with surgeons and healthcare clients, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring optimal product support and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

  • Achieve assigned sales and profit targets.
  • Generate leads and handle all customer queries including providing quotations and sales follow-up to achieve business plan targets.
  • Conduct outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell product range to potential corporate clients.
  • Service and maintain existing customer base by delivering prompt, courteous, and reliable service while simultaneously increasing and developing new customer base and business avenues.

Field Operations

  • Spend 75% of working time in field activities.
  • Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers.
  • Maintain proper collaboration with all company team members to ensure field operations implementation is properly conducted for customer benefit.

Customer Management & Support

  • Maintain good customer relations and coordination.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information about products and ensure stock availability and optimal product consumption.
  • Provide relevant information on products to customers including in-service and cases support.
  • Negotiate patient cases with doctors.
  • Organize all documents to ensure client demands are fulfilled.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Scientific or Medical background preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in joint Arthroplasty (joint reconstruction) only.

Skills & Competencies

  • Arabic and English required and preferred.
