Role Purpose

Deliver engaging technical training to customers on electrical power engineering products and applications across the MEA region, while developing training materials and supporting knowledge transfer activities that enhance customer capability and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Deliver engaging training sessions in onsite, virtual, and webinar formats on products and applications.
• Customize training content based on customer needs and technical levels.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.

Content Development

• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Contribute to application notes and technical documentation.
• Identify and implement training improvements based on feedback and evolving customer needs.

Product & Technical Knowledge

• Stay updated on product developments and power system technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a trainer, delivering technical training effectively and safely.
• In-depth experience in power systems, including generation, transmission, distribution, and protection testing.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
