Role Overview

Technical Support Engineer at VAM Systems, based in Bahrain.

Role Purpose

Provide front-line technical support for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of complex issues while maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support Delivery

• Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.

Documentation & Monitoring

• Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.

The selected candidate will join VAM Systems – Bahrain and be deputed to one of the leading organizations in Bahrain.
