Role Overview
Technical Supervisor at Hilton. This role maintains the hotel's physical safety and functionality while delivering memorable guest experiences through reliable facility management and responsive service.
Role Purpose
Ensure the hotel's physical infrastructure operates safely and effectively across all areas—guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities—while responding promptly to guest and team member requests and conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Maintenance
- Maintain physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
Service Response
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to regularly assess facilities and equipment.
- Identify and address preventive maintenance needs before they escalate.
Documentation
- Document completed inspections and repairs.
- Flag any issues requiring further attention.
