Role Overview
Technical Customer Support Professional at Trimble, located in Dubai, UAE. This role serves as a technical advisor for the Middle East region, supporting structural engineers and construction firms adopting advanced BIM workflows with Tekla Structures.

Role Purpose
To serve as a trusted technical advisor across the Middle East, directly influencing how leading engineering and construction firms adopt advanced BIM workflows with Tekla Structures. This role bridges technical expertise and customer success, empowering regional partners to deliver complex structural projects with speed, precision, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Problem Resolution
- Resolve complex technical and interoperability challenges for Tekla Structures, driving resolution for high-impact regional projects.
Customer Training & Development
- Deliver engaging technical training, onboarding programs, and specialized workshops to help customers maximize their digital construction capabilities.
- Advise customers on industry best practices for structural modeling, steel and concrete detailing, fabrication, and BIM collaboration.
Product & Partnership Development
- Partner with global Trimble development and product teams to translate customer feedback into future software enhancements and preventative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, Architecture, BIM, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Tekla Structures or comparable structural and BIM engineering software.
- Strong background in structural modeling, detailing, construction workflows, and technical problem-solving.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to support diverse regional stakeholders.
- Experience conducting technical training or consulting engagements in the Middle East region.
- Multilingual capabilities or familiarity with regional construction standards and practices.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Arabic is highly preferred.
