Role Overview

Technical & AV Specialist at The Production Team. Provide on-site technical support for lighting, sound, and large-scale screen displays at events.

Role Purpose

Manage and troubleshoot audio-visual systems to ensure all event production components function smoothly during rehearsals and live events.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Setup and Operation

• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of lighting and sound equipment.
• Manage large-scale screen displays and video wall operations.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot AV issues during rehearsals and live events.
• Ensure smooth execution of technical setups on-site.

Collaboration and Logistics

• Collaborate with the event production team to execute technical requirements.
• Assist with on-site technical logistics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in AV and event production roles (at least 3 years).
• Familiarity with sound systems, lighting rigs, and video wall setups.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Additional Information

• Flexibility to work on event days, including evenings and weekends.
