Role Purpose

Oversee payroll operations across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, combining hands-on payroll expertise with team management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance and operational excellence across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Operations

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across SEA/MENA regions, including source-to-gross and gross-to-net calculations, off-cycle payments, and exception handling.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific statutory requirements including tax filings, social insurance contributions, and timely remittances.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor a payroll team while establishing standardized processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Controls & Governance

• Maintain robust payroll controls through approvals, reconciliations, system interfaces, and support for internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in payroll management across multiple countries with knowledge of regional compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members.
