Teaching assistant

Role Overview

Teaching Assistant at International Schools Partnership. This is a classroom-based support role within an educational institution.

Role Purpose

To assist teachers in delivering effective lessons and classroom activities, support individual students and small groups, and contribute to a well-managed, safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lesson & Classroom Support

• Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Provide support to individual students and small groups.
• Prepare instructional materials and resources.

Classroom Management

• Help manage classroom behavior and routines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant experience in an educational setting.
• Degree or certification in education or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Patience and ability to work with diverse students.
