Role Overview

Teacher - International Curriculum at Waad Education. Start date: August 2026.

Role Purpose

Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction that fosters active learning, supports diverse student needs, and builds strong partnerships with parents and colleagues to ensure holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.

Classroom Environment & Support

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
• Proven teaching qualifications, professional teaching license, or equivalent (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with exposure to international curricula such as BSO, IB, or others.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.
• Additional professional development qualifications, such as NPQ, are considered a strong advantage.
