Role Overview

Tamil and Hindi Linguist CAT II, Amentum, Bahrain.

Role Purpose

Support U.S. Army operations in Bahrain as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Tamil and Hindi, providing cultural perspective and understanding of the region's historical, political, sociological, and economic trends to select members of the senior leadership staff.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Interpretation

• Provide operational contract linguist support for military operations.
• Interpret during interviews, meetings, and conferences.

Analysis & Research

• Transcribe and analyze verbal communications.
• Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents for key information.
