Role Overview
Talent Recruiter at Emerson, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.
Role Purpose
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire talented individuals who contribute to Emerson's continued growth. Leverage sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, and market insights to deliver an inclusive and positive candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions across MEA, ensuring an efficient and positive hiring experience.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments using structured and objective selection methods.
- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source and engage prospective candidates through Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities for recurring and critical positions.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building talent pipelines.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Represent Emerson at career fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives.
Strategic Initiatives
- Support inclusion, localization, and workforce planning initiatives across the region.
- Support internship, graduate, and early-career hiring programs as required.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness and decision-making.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Adhere to Emerson Health & Safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency, in-house, or blended recruiting environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to adapt communication approach to effectively engage with different audiences and build productive relationships.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving and effectiveness in changing environments.
- Ability to collaborate openly with others, foster trust, and contribute positively to shared goals and business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with localization initiatives such as Saudization, Emiratization, or other regional workforce programs.
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries within MEA.
- Exposure to employer branding, campus recruitment, or graduate hiring programs.
